Every piece of GRAYLING JEWELRY is handcrafted in Portland, Oregon, USA from the finest materials available.

The entire line is designed to be lightweight and comfortable to wear. Our earring wires are guaranteed to be nickel-free and are tested for sensitivity.

Materials include chandelier-grade crystal and semi-precious gemstones including, but not limited to genuine quartz, agate, and pyrite. No two stones are the same, please expect naturally occuring variations.

We use the highest quality of metal and chain available, and we specialize in distressed and antiqued finishes.

NO HASSLE RETURN POLICY


We're pretty sure you'll love your purchase, but if it doesn't work out... don't worry! We'll gladly accept your return for a full refund. Please email us or call (503)548-4979 for a Return Authorization Number.

In order to receive a refund:

-Item(s) must be unworn, in original packaging, received in brand new condition.
-Item(s) must be sent back within ten (10) business days. 

-Please pack your return carefully to avoid breakage or loss.
If you are unable to meet these guidelines for any reason please let us know.

Once your return is received, your refund will be processed within seven (7) business days. Please note, your financial institution may not post the refund to your account immediately.

REPAIRS: Please contact us if you need something repaired. Minor repairs will be executed within seven (7) days of receipt. Major repairs may take longer. Please note, if we are replacing a stone or component that is no longer available, an exact match is impossible. We will contact you to discuss an appropriate fee for this service, if any.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS: If you believe your item may have a defect, please contact us. We will do our best to ship a replacement immediately.

DO I HAVE TO HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
No! You can pay using only a credit card if you choose. All payments are processed through PayPal’s encrypted servers and are completely secure. Your financial information is not shared with us, resulting in peace of mind for all parties. It is a quick, totally safe way to do business.

WHAT IS THE PAYMENT PROCESS?
When you click the “Checkout” button, you will be taken to PayPal’s secure website. You enter your information, your payment is quickly processed, and you can return to the grayling website if you like. You will receive a receipt immediately.

Please note: We will ship your item(s) to the address you specify within the PayPal site. We cannot be responsible for errors on your account.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Once we receive your order, production will begin immediately. Our entire line is made to order by hand. Your finished order will be shipped within three (3) to five (5) business days. Should you require a rush order, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders of $75 or more shipping to United States address will arrive within 1-3 business days via USPS Priority Mail. Orders less than $75 shipping to a United States address will arrive within 3-5 business via USPS First Class Mail.

*Please note: at this time, USPS does not provide tracking numbers for their shipments. If this is a concern, please contact us so we may assist with another method of shipping.

WHAT IF I NEED MY ORDER FASTER?
Not a problem! Please contact us before you place your order.

We would be happy to assist with expedited shipping or a different carrier (Overnight, or UPS 2 Day, etc.) We will add the correct shipping charges to your invoice.

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES?
At this time, we do not ship outside the United States.

Yes! Most people don't know it, but we make special orders all the time. Many of the orders are for brides and their bridesmaids. Others are special occasion pieces for class reunions, anniversaries, and parties. We would love to create the perfect style for you, too.
